After a lengthy discussion of some names too horrible to mention, this was the best we could come up with.
(Or to give proper credit, that stoffe came up with)
Mainly because we wanted Onderon included in a forum title, and wanted something that would imply seriousness but nothing too formal. Kavar was Talia's unofficial adviser, and gave her advice on serious topics but it wasn't as formal as the Senate (or in retrospect, the SC).
