Thanks, that will probably be needed if this is going to go anywhere at all.
I had a look at the tpc2tga source to get an idea of how to decode the DXT data and was immediately reminded why I strongly dislike C++ (couldn't even get that code to compile, so I'm doing it in Delphi instead).
Edit: Nevermind, I was just stupid.
