Just a followup to my post above:
If you want to view all the possibilities of what you can run from the Start->Run command or if you want to add NEW commands, take a peek in your registry at

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ App Paths

You'll see here a bunch of keys that are listed as "blahblah.EXE" and each of these keys contain a string entry named "Path" which point to the real path of the exe. The blahblah part is what Windows will recognize in the Start->Run command and will execute the command listed in the "Path".
