It could be a simple boot order issue. Check it in your BIOS. Also, if your mobo is somewhat old and fixing the boot order in the BIOS doesn't work (a work colleague of mine had a similar issue with a USB drive), try disconnecting your USB drive from your PC before booting up. (Try to update your BIOS too)
