Yeah, and K2 has much more alien voices (each species has its own); and they are also less annoying (IMO).
The only sad part is that many of them are not used in the game.
The sound files are there, and they work, but unfortunately I couldn't find any lipsync files for them. I worked around the issue by assigning those .lip's to them that are used for voice files of similar length and dialog, and it works nicely - you can barely tell the difference from the proper lip's. And yes, I know there's a lipsync editor out there, but I was able to achieve better results using this arguably easier method.
