-moves the camera down or up, you could move down with -1 or up with +1
cg_ThirdPersonAngle 180
-rotates camera around any degree you choose.
cg_ThirdPersonRange 100
-(how close or far the camera is)

-Changes the camera perspective distortion
cg_ThirdPersonCameraDamp
-Changes how the camera follows you when in 3rd person mode. Useful when taking screenshots. Default value is: 0.3
there's also exec files that can be run to use the numerical keys as camera controls
