A year has passed since the Republic's victory at Bastion, but despite the loss of their leader and base of operations, the New Empire remains a powerful threat. Though assumed dead by the New Empire, Darth Virul survived by taking over the body of Andorra Evenstar, adopted daughter of Governor Lilah Starlighter of the Avalon system, and escaping into parts unknown. However, Andorra's resistance to Virul's control has resulted in Virul's mind slowly deteriorating, and Virul slowly going insane. Some rumours suggest that "he" is now The Rashikians as well have begun expanding further into the galaxy, attacking both Republic and New Imperial planets alike. Kalla Kaltas, still distraught over the loss of the woman she loved, has grown increasingly close to Tonatius Iazoki, son of the late Hethra Iazoki, a former Jedi Grand Master, and Andorra's cousin.

Due to the Second Corellian Insurrection, Centerpoint Station is destroyed before Tython can be returned to its proper place. 50 ABY - The Galactic Federation of Free Alliances is reorganised into the Third Galactic Republic. 63 ABY - A massive Droid Army, known as the Imperium of Machine and comprised of reactivated CIS units and various other battle droids, and led by the reactivated HK-47, declares war on the Republic. The Great Droid War begins. 64 ABY - Almalexia, Princess of Aztlan is caught selling secrets to the Imperium of Machine, stripped of her title, and allegedly killed by Jedi Knight Hethra Iazoki. Gamma Squad is formed. 83 ABY - Yeru Mortis, future Dark Lady of the Sith, is exiled from the Jedi Order. 87 ABY - Alkonium Kaltas is discovered alive on Tatooine and rejoins the Jedi Order. Komad Kaltas is promoted to Jedi Knight. Darth Virul is killed on Raxus Prime by Kalla Vel, the Mandalorian Jedi. Alkéa Kaltas is promoted to Jedi Knight. The Sith are revealed to be building a Death Star, which is soon crippled by Komad and Alkéa Kaltas, as well as rogue Jedi Scooter Tory. The Battle of Rhen Var takes place. Scooter Tory kills the Sith Lord Mycaen nai Peelal, and then kills himself. Tyrannus leaves the Sith. Alkéa Kaltas begins her self exile on Dagobah. Dar Bodonawieedo names himself Dark Lord of the Sith after the destruction of the Sith Triumvirate and conquering Kamino. 89 ABY - Kalla Vel is killed on Malastare. 90 ABY - Taris is liberated by the Republic, only to be decimated by the Sith. Darth Mortis is revealed to be restoring the crippled Death Star. Dar Bodonawieedo is captured by Alkonium Kaltas and taken into Republic custody. Komad Kaltas is promoted to Jedi Master, but is soon taken captive by the Sith, following a failed mission on Dantooine. 91 ABY - Darth Mortis finishes restoration of the Death Star and attempts to destroy Coruscant. Komad escapes from Sith captivity. Chief of State Tabula Rasa is assassinated. Kalla Kaltas is born to Komad and Greea Bodonawieedo Kaltas. Almalexia is discovered alive on the Death Star and rekindles her relationship with Hethra Iazoki. Darth Mortis dies and the Death Star is destroyed. Tyrannus disappears, not to be seen again for sixteen years. The Resurrection War ends. 92 ABY - Tonatius and Taryn Iazoki are born to Hethra and Almalexia Iazoki. 95 ABY - Andros Kaltas is born to Komad and Greea Bodonawieedo Kaltas. 99 ABY - Dar Bodonawieedo escapes from prison. 106 ABY - The Rashikian crisis begins. 107 ABY - Tyrannus is discovered on the borders of Known Space. The Rashikians attack Tython, and Hethra Iazoki dies in the defense. Darth Virul reveals himself, surviving by taking over the bodies of others. Nearly half of the Republic secedes to form the New Galactic Empire. The Threefold War begins. 109 ABY - The New Galactic Empire attacks Amshrey and takes the Lady Governor of the Avalon System hostage. The Republic, allied with the Mandalorians, attacks Bastion, capital of the New Empire. Darth Virul is believed to have been killed in the attack, but escapes in the body of Andorra Evenstar, adopted daughter of the Lady Governor. Greea Bodonawieedo Kaltas is killed in the attack.
