Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. My issue with the ruling is the 5 years
minimum that he's going to get for doing this. I think that a law is stupid if having the shotgun for ~a day makes it yours in the eyes of the law. Maybe Jury Nullification should've come into play?
@Junior: What? Are you saying that if everybody has guns more people are likely to die of gun violence? Or are you saying the opposite?
