Who are these Americans you speak of? I would not consider anytime of war a Golden Age, so if you are speaking 45 to 50 then I already pointed out that was not a Golden Age by far for many Americans.
BTW. I am 2 out of the 3 things you wrote about and I don't feel under attack.
