Unlike Scott Walker I seem to remember Ronald Reagan holding them all to the same level of the law, when he fired the Air Traffic Controllers for refusing to return to work even though they had endorsed him in the 1980 election. He did not pick and choice like Scott Walker seems to be doing. Oh, and there were protest then too.
