They look like they're stretched vertically to us... the one you posted is 1024x768 with an aspect ratio of 4:3 like so...
However, from the looks of it, the correct aspect ratio looks to be 16:10... here's a version I edited which is 1024x640...
What is the native resolution of your actual monitor and what resolution do you have the game set to when you play it?
