You do what you want, of course, but I'd have omitted a few in that list and wouldn't have thrown all games until 2000 in one option, considering the fact some of the most memorable Star Wars games happen to have been released in the eighties/nineties. TIE Fighter, Rogue Squadron, etc.
But I would pick KotOR II every time.
Republic Commando being a close second.
