Mine ususally stops working right up until Monkey Kombat... when I snap the disc in half.

I see you said you are running a 64-bit version of Windows. Have you tried this fixed installer: http://quick.mixnmojo.com/software/e...y-island-setup

I assume you were trying to launch the game with this: http://quick.mixnmojo.com/software/emi-launcher

Also, try to run it in windowed-mode with that second link.
