Well if you don't think there's any chance of getting back what you had, or even if you do but would not mind losing it to get your phone back to order...

You could either try a help line by Apple...Or "hack" the passwords via hardware disabling.

Yes, I am saying you may have to open the phone itself, not something you do carelessly. You have to get in, find the battery and disconnect it and leave it there for at least 10 minutes, because that' what is keeping the altered password. That's how memory backup works.

Some fartknocker tried locking me out of my own machine once. So I opened the case, took out the coin/button cell battery for 10 minutes, put it back in, turned on the machine...it remembered no password. It's also a nice way to get into files of your OS that the manufacturer doesn't want you poking around in.

And that is part of a $75 college course in hardware hacking, free.
