^While I agree with this, I don't have a monitor with a vertical resolution of 1200 or greater to test whether or not the game engine continues to downscale the movies on monitors with vertical resolutions of 1200 or higher.
But, yeah, anything below 1200 and the high-quality movie patch definitely isn't worth your time.
