got on this crazy diet...i think im starting to lose fat, though i havent dropped a pound yet according to the scale. 20-30 minutes of lifting, followed immediately by an hour of elliptical, and sets of 30 pushups throughout the day. wanting 6 pack abs...cut ALOT of sodium, carbs, and fat out of my diet, hoping to see results by august.
