thanks cracken...im going to give it another shot tomorrow with examples reviews and see how i do on the quiz on friday. think i understood more of it in class today.
volunteered to be the first to do the demonstration speech...decided to do it on identifying terrain features-major and minor, on a topographical map. hopefully i do a good job and get an A.
back from the gym...i am noticing some changes my biceps are getting larger and more defined.
new routine is going great. one day arms, next day i run the lake then night time i do cardio workout (pushups, crunches, burpees, alligator crawl/spiderman pushups) next night chest, followed by lake and cardio workout, then next night shoulders. so far it's feeling great, i'm not losing a ****in pound but i can definitely tell there is a difference in the mirror my clothes fit a little different i just wish my belly fat would go away faster. so every day i do weights it's an hour, every day i do cardio its over 2 hours of a workout. and i give myself a rest day once a week, or a light day (running then no night workout) and a day off. taking ON 100% Gold Standard Whey Isolates protein shakes, stopped mixing them with milk because i was overdoing it (3 shakes a day, with milk...) and forgot that milk has alot of fat in it especially since i use whole milk. so taking about 2 shakes a day with water and one of those shakes i put a banana in it. so good!
