I had the "should destroy the AT-ST's first" the first time I played that level. I had tried to lure one back to the gun emplacement, and it disappeared on me. Went through the whole level and when they told me to destroy them before Jan would land... no dice.

So I restarted, and redid the thing, making sure to kill that last AT-ST... then when I dropped the cannon shields and destroyed 'em Jan landed and the 3 stormtroopers came out of that last door, and everyone was happy.
