I don't know exactly which song your referring to, but there are quite a few midis of the GF songs here where you might find what you're looking for.

Ninth Heaven is the song that plays during the festival in El Marrow during Year 1, it's on my list of songs that need tabbing out

Unless I've been hallucinating, there used to be a site called Grim Fandango Central that had a jukebox. I can't remember if that song was there, but it had quite a nice collection of midis.

When I said Ninth Heaven plays during the El Marrow festival, on playing the game 2 minutes ago I realise now that it is actually Companeros that plays This means I have to find out when Ninth Heaven plays...

They both play during the festival. You just have to wait until Compañeros ends.
