Exclamation Stabilizing a Server

Hi everybody, does anyone have any useful commands to stabilize a server?

I might have some, and keep looking in the forum, i have added some, just dont know which.

This keeps the server stabil.

seta sv_maxclients "16" ( Dont use more then 16, the more less, the better. )

seta sv_timeout "120" ( Server gets flooded less with 120, but you do have 2 minutes to connect. )

seta sv_maxping "300" (best max ping is 150, keeps many flooders out, but with 300 you get more players, best might be 250. )

seta sv_reconnectlimit "3" ( 3 times is more then ok )

seta sv_zombietime "1" ( Removes the player from the status list when he leaves, i can recommend it. )

seta g_synchronousclients "0" ( Keep this disabled, only if you want to record )

seta showpackets "0" ( Dont enable this when server has players, server will crash after short time, try this alone )
