Question about EFMI soundtrack

In the "Melee Town" track, what is the name of the instrument that plays from about 1:06 to 1:20?

Wait, never mind I got it. Sounds a bit like a French Horn to me.

I'd be inclined to say it's a bassoon, but it also sounds a bit like a low-key accordion at times. Or perhaps both are playing together, with the accordion periodically taking emphasis.

I'm fairly certain it's not a French horn, though. It doesn't have that distinctive swelling to the sound a French horn has.

Yeah, it does actually sound more bassoon-like than it does a French horn.
