I can think of only two solutions, well technically three. First, you can try cleaning the disk with either a cleaning or repair solution, that might fix the problem. Secondly, you can try using a tool such as Alcohol to make a copy of the disk. I know, that sounds illegal, but I believe the EULA mentions you can make one copy for archival purposes, and as long as you don't distribute it, it's okay. And lastly, which isn't much of a solution, buy another copy.
