Is it actually possible to have Handmaiden show you those few holocrons that she has seen? No matter how high my CHA/persuade skill is (without cheating that is), the stubborn bitch keeps refusing to show them. And should it be possible, do they actually do something? Like giving you increased stats. because you "learned" something from the Jedi history or whatsoever?

No, it isn't possible. Those holocrons are pretty important to the plot, though.
