Rodian Aim - JKII vs Star Wars Special Edition

How is it that in Jedi Knight II every Rodian is a crack shot that can hit a moving target using force speed from several blocks away but in the "canon" Star Wars Special Edition (episode IV) Greedo can't even hit Solo from two feet away?

Just a thought...

He was once a semi-independent force, overshadowed by a dark and powerful business, but still managed to beat the odds and on his own terms, but now he sits on a throne with lightning in his hands and a franchise in his clenched fist."

That's why making Greedo shoot 1st was a dumbass thing to do.

LOL! Maybe Greedo was just a bad seed out of the lot. Though the Rodians in JKII have those scopes to help them out...obviously Greedo needed one.

Maybe they specialize in hitting extremly fast moving targets, only.

It is a bad day for the Jedi Mind Trick...

Yeah, they have scopes to help them, and I've never seen a Rodian hit me when using Force speed, but the rodians using stormtrooper rifles aren't exactly good shots.

Maybe its because Rodians cannot see objects that are not in movement and see perfectly well something in mouvement.

bah whatever.

OR Reelo just gave his best trained fellow rodians the sniper rifles while he gave the others just measly Stormtrooper rifles. (I still wonder how those criminalistic scumballs can get their hands on guns that are supposed to just be in use in imperial hands)

lol as if we've gotten into a Greedo Shooting First thread...

I don't really have anything wrong with him shooting forst, if you have the special edition it clearly shows Solo dodge his head right as Greedo fires, which would partially explain it at least

I just thought of something...maybe all Rodians are far-sighted.

They can hit things mile away but up close everything is a little blurry?

What do you think.
