Post Noob question.....

i was playing multiplayer on 1.04 and every1 was using emotes. i wondered how, because it wasnt a mod and asked. they said to put in /am(emote goes here) and worked! later i started my own game and it did not work. do u have to type in something special?

It was probably a mod, most likely Jedi Academy mod, since its server-side and you don't have to download it. However, for emotes to work on your own server, you need to have that mod installed on your own computer.

Yes, when you start up JK2, go to umm.. settings or options on the main screen, then look for something that says "MODS" activate either "Jedi Academy mod" or "Admin mod", JK2 will then restart, once it does, create your own server and they will work.
