Post piston room - level 3

Fianally got to the piston room. Are these pistons supposed to be moving. Or do i have to do something to set them in motion?

i hink dem pisdons shood be a moovin but eh if dey is a not en is is ow it goes owight!
Go to da far right - awight den jump to da first plat on da near wall. walk along da plat. and get ya med kit at da barrals. jump to da (moving)plat. at da and of the still pat. then oo da nex movin' plat. - now oo can jump to da still plat. at da uer side and gat yer 4th candle and a treasure.
