Can somebody out there please help me? Where is the key to open the cabinet to get the oil can?

Some of the commies will throw grenades. You see an animation where they do that near a grating. You will see electrical discharges because they damaged a lamp. Go through the hole they blasted in the grating and get a Brass Key from the table.
