I've got the eye and have used it to release on of the arms blocking the door. I've eliminated all the Reds and given the kid the watch. I have the car wheel. I've found a block the gets me into the second Pyramid, but can't make it budge. It looks like there's a bunch of scorpions on the other side. I went back to the well room but don't know where there is another passage.
As far as I remember, you can reach all the other three pyramids from about that point. One by jumping over the trails then shimmy left, one with a tricky run&jump after pressing a switch and one through a sarkophague. I might be wrong in details, but in general that's it.
