help again

ok ok i got the thing half full but i cant climb the triangular thing so can you give me a brief description how to climb those things

You first climb the ladder. When you are on top of the ladder, just turn 180 degrees and do a standing jump to the 1st platform. Next, again turn 180 degrees and jump to the 2nd platform and so on.

So always jump the straight side of the triangles. It's very easy unless you try to jump the hypothenusis of the triangles - this doesn't work (at least for me).
