Im about to head into the cave for the star map but I had a few concerns. I cant seem to find anybody who will upgrade my speeder. Second I havent found any crystal caves on Tatooine are there any? Finally if you have any hints or tips concerning Tatooine please post them here so we can have a Tatooine FAQ for people looking for advice. Maybe we can get a FAQ going for every planet?
a) i made the same assumption you did at first when talking to nico. there is no speeder upgrades. with a bit of saving/loading you should be able to win all 3 tiers just using your f-zero skills of shifting gears appropriately and most importantly HITTING ALL THE SPEED RAMPS.
b) there are no crystal caves on tattooine, only on dantooine where the jedi training is
