Is there a way i can start my own forum here or does it cost money or is the any other reqierments and if so where can i get it?????

He was kidding. I don't think you get buy forums on here. Unless you are friends with an admin, and I mean real good friends.
But, if you want an easy to use forum, try www.proboards.com. They aren't hard at all. But if you are good with very hard directions, try www.phpbb.com (I think thats the Url)

I can not seem to install the phph or whatever board and the proboards you need a website i want a forum where it can just be a forum and needs no website for it
