GtkRadiant and q3map2 problems.

I'm using GtkRadiant 1.3.2-Gtk2-test version. Almost everytime when compiling with my brand new q3map2 it generates errors and gets closed by Windows (2000). Then it opens again and finishes and I get a working bsp.
What could be wrong and should I bother to get a "stable" version of GtkRadiant? I've had second to none problems with this version except in compiling.
And where do I get explanations of every bsp option of GtkRadiant menu?
