Where can i buy a good but cheap server???

Sup all
ok im tired of running a deicated server from my house and i was thinking about buying a server or renting one
my connection cant hold me then 4 people and my clan is getting kinda mad
SO i want to buy one and i know they are parcaly based on Max cleint limit and who you buy it from and that will add up to a cost

i want my server to hold 15 people and i dont want N E lag problems when im maxed out FOR JK2 JO

could you give me some INFO. ???
