What's up with the last two levels?

Out of 21 levels in JK1, level 20 is the battle with Boc and level 21 is the battle with Jerec. What I don't get is how the big room with the dome in the middle (when fighting Boc) suddenly becomes a big room with a large pillar in the middle (with fighting Jerec). It say in the mission briefing that the unstable valley has swallowed up you and Jerec, but how? Did the dome thing break and they fell in? But Kyle wasn't even on it when Jerec busted it open...?

Well, it's Valley of the Jedi. It has a big power. This power was realised by Jerec and created those towers.

I think Jerec brought Kyle into that half sphere he was draining the power of the Valley so they are actually in a room under Boc's room. When Jerec is injured he runs up just under the sphere which he holds close again.
