Freelook help

Just wondering if there is anyway to enable freelook during the SP of game. I would really like to do this if it is possible.

Is there a way to use mouse freelook in conjunction with the joystick? everytime I turn on the freelook, the joystick stops letting me move, I'm used to using the mouse to look around and joystick to move in UT2003 (i have arthritis in my wrists so, mouse/keyboard is pretty rough on me)
