Cram time: Final Exams
For those of us still in school, Final Exams are done/happening/about to begin.
For me, I'm starting cram time as we speak. I'd like something to look forward to at the end of today, so I'd like to hear your thoughts and stories about final exams.
What are you studying for? What's the hardest exam you've ever taken? The easiest? How long do you study? How do you study? Do you study at all? XD

As for me, I NEVER cram. I always study ahead, no matter what. I study everday until a/the test. That's what keeps my 4.088 GPA.

Err, okay....I'm quite happy with my 4.0 GPA right now, but whatever XD
The final exams count for 20% of your grade though, so it usually drags down all my grades...

Sorry, but my parents encourage me to go for the best grades... though achieving them is a whole 'nother story. Maintaining my GPA is hard work and stressful, but for those like Jed, that in a way would be better than what I'm doin. Oh, and if I did cram... I would get HBP... my family has history of heart problems and hypertension...

Well, I´m in my last year (4th) of my industrial engineering study. I´m not really a good student but I could manage however.
As for studying, I dont study during normal school. The only time I´m at my books is a few days before my exams. From that moment on, I get up at 9, study till 6, eat and then again study from 7.30 till 10-11.

When I was in college I would often study before an afternoon mid-term/final in the bar while drinking a pint. Though that strategy is not for everyone.
btw - 3.1 gpa and it was good enough for me

I got the first exam of my degree on Thursday; thankfully it doesn't count towards what degree I get however; I need to get atleast 40% to pass or I have to do the exam again.
It's on a really boring topic aswell called Globalisation.
I haven't started revising yet at all.

I just got home a while ago...two midterms today...History and Math...
...math was a nightmare...scrambling to finish the Part III 20 points superfunhappy problem...
two down...four to go!
I cram the weekend before and try not to think about it.
This morning, everyone was scrambling for last minute studying, but I'm in the middle of Stephan King's "From a Buick 8".(Not his best, btw) My friends randomly cursed at me for my calmness.
Its funny what you remember when you study. Ex., when I was writing my history essay, for the life of me I couldn't remember who started or when the Temperance Movement began, but I remembered that the typical American on average drank 6.9 gallons of alchol per year in 1850, and by 1912 it was down to 2.1....
.... WTF?...

I do a little cramming for exams, but in the end i have terribel study habbits and just review a little for most of my exams. Luckily I was born with a pretty good memory for math and sciences, so it's no worry, this year my classes are calc3, physics, psychology, and Data Structures. all science/math!

I also have terrible study habits. I think that it was caused by the lack of studying that I had to do in high school. I never really had to study at all and now I fear that I will pay dearly for it with these college exams.

Explain Hippies? There's a new one, surely you can't explain them, only describe them.
And who said they only got 80%? I'd die for 80% in any one of my exams next year. Well, maybe not die cos then the effort woulda been wasted, but you catch my drift!
