this reminds me of an old organisation which purpose was to "free the garden dwarves" (you know, those dwarf statues you put in your garden). They'd steal em and put them in the forest

how stupid can a person be? I mean, seriously! everyone knows that Garden Gnomes needs training before you release it. you cant just go let them out in the forest before you train their instincs up to a normal Gnome level. those poor little guys will be eaten by those horrid pink elephants before you can say "pointy hat"!
