Should I get KOTOR? - Page 2

There are games which are obviated by later games (like Doom and Quake, IMO) and games which remain good even if the graphics are lousy (Duke 3D, Dark Forces, etc) and games like Baldur's Gate.

KoTOR is a game that 5 years from now will still look like a very good game in general, and an excellent Star Wars game in specific.

I just found the ladder type mod for KotOR. It's not a new map, but it has different enemies. It's called Survival Battle. Check out the other fun mods this guy has at his website also.

I see this didn't die down quick.....
Anyway, It took me 3 days to beat the game on both endings, and I'm very disapointed with the outcome of the darkside, I mean...Mission was so hot...He didn't even fondle her dead body afterwards?! LMAO, I know it's sick, and disgusting, don't ask >_>

Sweet Game, I'm happy I got it, I was wondering if there are any books on Revan and Malak, like, the mandalorian wars, too lazy to searh the net, And, that website posted above with the mods, is that it? I'm going to restart the game tommorrow, and see if I can beat it in a day ^_^

3 days....I prefer to sweeten the experience and at least leave some days between each level. It just made it more enjoyable... believe it or not, I havent even done the darkside path properly yet.... something to look forward to....

too busy at the moment with Final Fantasy x-2 and Crystal Chronicles, still havent finshed NWN SoU or HotU.... lotsa good gaming to be done, not enough time.....

Personally, I find that the lady that i'm playing through as this time is way hotter than Bastilla. I want a mod to get into HER pants...

I hated Bastila at first, she reallly pissed me off, with her snobby attitude........but she got pretty hot near the end, and so cute when I flirted with her......Not that I don't know it's a game or anything.

What I found disapointing was at the end, Revan's robes weren't exactly what I thought it would be, with like the cape and stuff >_>

Although i'd like some mods

I didn't like killing Juhani or mission either, I've been planning to change that part of the game. Changeing Bastilas apperance isn't that hard, I changed canderous into a woman(kept the voice).

I found the game a little short for taking up 4 cd's. It was fun, though.

I actually did find a mod where you take her clothes off, and shes completely naked, except for the feet :\

But it's still cool, the only thing wrong with it is the model outline of the bra and stuff, but for all the porn lovers out there, it's for you

And I didn't like killing Junhai because she was like my apprentice....:@, But as for Jollie I could care less, lol.

Well, let's do some math - assuming that the top 2 PC 'GOTY' contenders for 2003 were KotOR and Call of Duty.

Call of Duty lasts ~8 hours and takes 2CD's. Therefore, even for the 40 - 60 hour estimate that KotOR gets (for me it has been ~65 hours each time) that would 10 - 16 CD's.

So 4 CD's is a bargain
