Help, No Shading.

Actually, I want no shading. To where it's just a solid color. I want no shadowing effects on it.

I found the shader properties

And another question for a diffrent model is. How can I make a part of it glow? Like, use dynamic glow. You can see an example of this here. The command for dynamic glow in MP is R_dynamicglow 1
