How to get maps to rotate on a list

Greetings,

I am running a JA+ 2.1 server.

Does any one know how to make it so that i can have the map rotate on ONLY the maps i want for duel (id like to remove the shaft and QuiGOn death map).

I vaguely remember that in normal JA there is a file, but since i dont have normal JA does it work the same in JA+ ?

Can someone tell me the commands and files i need to make this happen?

Is there a list of all the maps names, so i can use that also?
