Well, he's smiling. And I didn't think Samurai Jack smiled all that much, though admittedly I never watched the show. The eyes do look weird though.

You going to fix the shading on his chin?

That's actually his throat but yeah.. I plan on fixing that. I'm almost done with finishing up the skin.

ABout the smile... I had him with a flat expression and he looked weird... I'll try making the smile a little more flat so it should look better.

Oh, one other thing: His hands are sticking out of the middle of his sleeves. They should stick out of the top, since the sleeves are supposedly hanging down from his arms.

I'm done with the rest fo the skin as well but I can't be bothered with taking shots of it at the moment...

You know, I was just thinking--you should add his sheath too. That would be a nice touch.

wouldn't it look funny though if he was holding his sword (which I'll be making soon) and then have the same sword on his side?

I don't think his little hair point is as accurate as could be.. Heh.

Are you gonna keep that thick beam seam between his beltlike wrapping and upper torso? Looks... odd.

Why don't you make one version that has the sword in the sheath and another version with just the sheath?

No, I mean the thick black line seperating the top of the beltlike wrapping from the rest of his torso.

Oh, you don't have to worry about that. As long as you make the sword and the sheath two seperate meshes, they'll be able to turn them on and off. No extra work whatsoever. Now get to work on that sword and sheath!

Which is a part of the outline covering the whole model.

@Ninja - Do I select the mesh and then do that?

@Thrawn - I'll make something and ulpoad a shot whenever I get some time to make something.

I'll look forward to it. Also, this is post 200 for me on here. Not very impressive of course, but the combination of intrusive ads, occasional stupidity, and slow forums isn't a very inviting one. Who likes my icon? >.>

I went about doing the reset xform thing and it's ****ed my skin up....

What is Reset XForm supposed to do and how am I supposed to do it? I know where the button is and how to click it but it inverts the normals on my model and then when I try to compensate by fliping them back the skin appears all jumbled up.
