first of back the files up the mod will patch. Copy em and rename em to like missionoriginal.lvl
open the patch programs, specify the folder those files are in, patch.
if you want to go normal again, rename the patched mission.lvl and other files to
missionmodname.lvl etc, and rename those backuped files back to normal. So by switching names you can switch mods

You can have several mods in your folders just rename them to anything so youll know its related to what mod. i.e. kingguru all maps , bespin mod map.lvl bakup etc... And thanks Alegis
