How do you modefy maps

how do you because i have some maps that have mods on them but i want to no how to do it your self

No one is going to answer them unless you read a bit. Your question has been answered a million times, without it being asked.

I think in every editing topic it says something about "no editing tools". And if you would look at the mods you'll see they only switch model locations and not create new maps. And if you ask how to edit; I'm not going to answer that FAQ.
