I haven't played SWB for weeks now. I can't take it. Been waiting for a patch to come out, but crap it's taking forever. I want to play, but the way it was MEANT to be played. You guys let me know when the patch comes out, cya.

This freakin sucks. I have played a lot of first person shooters and what is the deal with the crappy frame rate!!

I play the PC version on a fast system, GeForce 6800 GT video card 256 MB memory, 1 GB of Ram, Athlon 3000, bla bla bla. I am on a fast DSL line. And the game is locked at an unplayable 20 frames per second online. I get 60 in single player.

What the f#*&.

I can play doom 3 with a better frame than SW: Battlefront. Every game is better.

I even rented the XBOX version today to see if that was better. In some aspects it's better but the frame rate and server browser are just as bad on the XBOX.

Guys, this is a crappy limitation. First person shooters RELY ON GOOD frame rate.

Arghhh. I am giving up on the game.

I will check to see when a patch comes out but until then I am done.

Oh and in my group of gamers (about 10 or so that get together for LAN parties) none of them want to play the game. They tried it on my system and hate the frame rate too. What a crock.

The license is soo good, the opportunity is high, the game play is destroyed by the frame rate. How can you be a sniper when your targets flicker across the screen!?!?!?

What he said .....NVIDIA should hide thier heads in embarassment, they even have the gall to slap a logo up front that dares to say "THe way it was meant to be played".

Wut, soooo its meant to have a dodgey fps cap, its meant to be lagging, its meant to be a resource hog. Yeah I'm bitchin, hell I'm also laughing. Even Joint operations runs smoother than this sheepdog. I run Doom 3- fine, Joint Ops - smooth, BFV fine, this thing makes me believe I'm running a p3 66mgHz Compaq.
We dont believe this was wut LA had in mind when they popped up the concept for this game. At least admit that ya stuffed up!!
