Or it is a new topic for that specific link. Either way, it links to an assumption.

I wouldn't count on it that LEC releases this built-in downloader/link to http download. After all, they're the first ones to release a game with an fps cap and even no decent server administration.

There has been a post from someone who said they had a download notice from a specific server. Or a random bug or the server stuffed files in the AddOn folder which triggered the incomplete downloader and resulted in an error. Eitherway; the answer aint sure
