SWBF and XP Service Pack 2

Just got off the phone with Activision. Bottom line is that SWBF wont work if you have SP 2 installed.

Anyone know a way around this, or do I have to uninstall SP2 to pay?

the sp2 firewall blocks access to ports. battlefront needs access to ports for it to work. there are two things you can do..

a) go into the firewall through control panel, click on 'exceptions' then 'add program', select battlefront.
now it wont block battlefront's access to ports.

b) or you can just disable the firewall completely.

SWBF doesnt even try to load. And I have disabled the Firewall completely.

I'll give it another go though.
