Model Import Problem

I have one error and it is that the Stupidtriangle_off Vert 1 isn't boned but even though I bone it, Assim says the same error. Any ideas?

Just select the stupid triangle verts again, go to skin modifier advanced parameters, hit remove weights from selected (or something similar) and re-weight the damn thing again...white trash!.

Alright drunken ok. Theres a problem though. It seems all of the meshes are doing it cause I fix that error but now it saying the hips are doing it. WTF stop drinking and lets make love!

Just go back, fix the hips and stop whining!.

Here's a tip, grab the skeleton root object and move it around, if you see some verts that dont follow the rig, expect some more fixing up to do!
