Skinning problem

Whenever I pk3 my file and put it in base, it shows up as two icons for my skin. They both work, and they loook the same, but i only want 1. could someone explain something that might be causing this?

maybe u have made it twice, check /models/players/<skin>/
and make sure there is only ONE model_default.skin and only ONE icon_default.jpg

i found the problem, there were 3 folders where there should have only been 1.
