Lego Star Wars

Anyone else get this?
It's goofy as hell.

When Padme has the twins it makes two popping sounds.
It's pretty good.

I've played the demo a few times, and i gotta say i'll buy it
Just love the fact that you use the attack button to repel blaster shots and parry attacks

HA popping sounds... you can see a protest about popping sounds and babies.

Agreed!

I wonder if the SW Lego game will allow the building of some things...

Uhhh...I heard that it was really short? Is there some truth to this?

And: Buy or Rent?

you could check out gamespot's review of the game. they thought that it was enjoyable, but not overwhelmingly spectacular in any one area. i'll post the link below.

Rent. You can finish it in one sitting. Then play it over a couple of days and get all the secrets.

I hate Yoda. He walks slow as hell. Or floats (which is fine). But when his lightsaber is out you can't get him to walk he just flips. It's annoying. I was trying to switch from him to Obi-wan and coudn't get near Obi-wan because of all the flipping.

Playing alone isn't better or worse than any other platform-action. But the co-op mode with a friend is priceless! Playing Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan or Obi-Wan and Anakin... super-fun-play at any group activity!

in vino veritas
