Problems With DualBlade

When Im in multiplayer, I enable the cheats, and when I try to get the dual bladed saber, it doesnt recognize command, and ive tried many commands:

/thedestroyer,
/THEDESTROYER,
/TheDestroyer,
TheDestroyer,
thedestroyer,
THEDESTROYER,
and many others. Why wont it work? Do
I have to download anything for it to work?
Also, how do people float when I play online, they float and its almost like they are spectating but can kill people.

if i remimber right, make sure you turn off your saber, hit 1, so its just the hilt. then open the console and type it.
